As soon as you start blaming yourself for people's deaths, you can't go back..... sad yet true

This show always beautifully balance comedy with drama. Even at the height of its ridiculousness and slapstick...it never forgot the seriousness of its setting or the pressure its characters are under as Doctors.

" hey! you know what you told me, the second you start blaming yourself for people's deaths...theres no coming back." :O

"i mean, come on rabies?(scoffs) there's like, three reported cases a year." it's in the US, but in the philippines, it's a bit more than 3.

This scene's amazing. That's some bloody decent acting, and it's completely out of the blue. I was floored the first time I saw this.

Omg i got chills the first time I watched that scene, and I got it just now :S

This is by far the most heartbreaking thing that could ever happen to a doctor. I'm just surprised that Dr. Cox didn't kill himself after watching his friend die mere hours after they were cutting up together.

I cried so hard, my girlfriend has only one kidney, and its not hers. Its sad that one life has to be taken to give another a fighting chance. It would kill me to see her gone from complications with the kidney. I love her so much
