  • ok so i have a question. I am 16, i was very active. I did football, track, plus volleyball. Before i did all of this, when i was a kid, i was severely over weight, i have managed to cut some fat off but i cannot get rid of all of it. I do not do sports now or go to a gym, if you could help me, i would appreciate it

  • Do you have any picture of you before you started training? did you were fat/ normal? would really help. And one question: I am not fat, but i have fet an my belly, but i train as well 2 times a week and do basketball/etc 2 -3 times a week. What should i eat? i want to lose fat and grow muscles but i cant have enough energy to build em and less so i burn fat at the same time, or do i?
