In Japan, This kind of speaking truck is very common.
Vending machine speaks, Elevator speaks, Toilet speaks
Car speaks, Bath speaks, Rice cooker speaks,Watch speaks,,,,

Not sure about everywhere but here, Liverpool in England our trucks shout 'Warning,This Vehicle is Reversing'. and one time a cctv camera said to me ''Please don't feed the pigeons'' !!!
