funny, i was just figuring this out now. (disclaimer, i'm not a guitarist, i'm a drummer. these may be slightly off. but they at least sound right :) )

the verses are, D, Fm, Em, A7

the chorus is D just a different version of it), Bm, Em, A7, then there's a G thrown in at the end the second time around.
