Parabéns pela interpretação desta música que é um clássico. Ela fez parte da trilha sonora do filme Orfeu do carnaval (adaptação da peça Orfeu da Conceição) e teve sua introdução inspirada no tema do terceiro movimento da "Humoresque em Si Bemol, opus 20", de Schumann. Ela é um dos temas brasileiros preferidos na área do jazz, gravada com o título "A Day in the Life of a Fool”. Grande abraço

I like this. It's an unusual arrangement but it works quite well. The rubato feel is perfect. Very expressive delivery. Great tone from your guitar. Clearly you know where the sweet spots live.
Keep posting. You "class up" the joint.

Hahah, thanks Allen. I haven't watched this one for 3 years since i put it up (and i've completely forgotten Hodel's arrangement). I would probably do a more idiomatic version these days if i took it into my head to play the tune again.
