Robert "Mike" Berry, an ex-con with a pardon, was endorsed by the local Democratic Party and re-elected to the Macon County, AL Commission by 454 voters from District 4. This is the same position that he held when he was forced to resign after being charge with "unlawfully obtain money, loans, marijuana and cocaine," from a drug dealer by the FBI. He was tried in the Federal District Court in Montgomery, Alabama, and sentenced to federal prison for nearly two years.
