I work for a large grocery store chain and this app does not work with our scanners. I have tried a customers Droid as well as my Droid X. Mostly we have to type it in manually which in my opinion almost defeats the purpose.

@rprimeau95 actually either one really dose, unless your Ccard maget srtip wasn't put in right to begin with, you don't want to put it on the gray plate that is for rubbing cd's and the like that part could hurt it, not so much the laser

putting your phone up to the scanners doesn't affect your phone, like when you lay a credit card on scanners messes them up?

My keyring just got a lighter! The cool thing is that since it tracks all your rewards cards, its one of the few apps that can make you money
