Words About War

I begin each morning reading the New York Times. Today a front page headline read: "Six of the Fallen, In Words They Sent Home." After crying in my coffee for a few minutes, I opened my laptop and created this video. Barack Obama is the only candidate for President in 2008 who says he will end the war. Words matter. People matter. Peace matters. Teach our children right from wrong.

I remember the peace demonstrations of the Vietnam era and how angered I was by their disrespect for those who served in that horrible war.

This demonstration against the Iraqi War makes me cry with its homage to those who have served and died in that horrible war.
