@Lee0Samaa What I meant was that Lukather outsoloed Clapton here, but Clapton is a better guitarist and musician.

@Lee0Samaa Better than Clapton? I'm sorry but that is impossible. Not even someone as epic as Steve Lukather can beat him (although Clapton was clearly holding back when he played).

You know, some really GREAT composers like Beethoven developed musical themes over many years. Covers can do that and in this case I think ToTo has used the organ to soften and the guitar playing leaves nothing to be desired, in my opinion. Like House of the rising sun, I think ToTo has done a masterful job.

@Lee0Samaa ... give you a break? when toto has the success of the Beatles come back to me and they never will.... now I'm not saying they're a bad band, because they really are good but the singer and guitar will never even come close to Eric & George..... sorry I suppose we have to agree to disagree.....
