I say that hip hop is the greatest thing i ever found.
Hiphop is a way to tell ure feelings and everything whats on ure mind.

I saw somewhere (can't exactly remember where) but there were some music awards for Sexiest New Artist. It disgusted me. It shows you alot of what seems to matter in the music industry anymore, looks and image over music. X_X

A very small piece of cultural commentary, but how right DJ Shadow was, as shortly after this the 'shiny suit' era of hip-hop was ushered in (think Puff Daddy, Mase etc).

Dj Shadow gave everyone a heads up what was already soon going down with hip hop!.True artist right there.This is a white guy sayin It too! I don't wanna here anything on eminem who came 4 years later this man represents LAST PART golden age of hip-hop & trip hop,heck I don't know weather to call him a Dj or an oracle the way he saw It!.Endtroducing was nevr topped as Dj ALBUM & it's also 1 of the best trip-hop albums, etc many things roled into 1 dark film noir movie! yet made in 96! go figure
