@Menekalo Well in TBC, there was a Rouge who tanked, they had so much dodge chance that they never got hit, except by spells etc, so they would tank xD

I've seen shadow priests tanking, but never a holy priest, that's a good tactic.
But I'm impressed, because you were using pve-healer gear, and that work. I think that with pvp gear you could tank in more difficult instances.
