You mean Cordura and it's not a manufacture. Cordura is the brand of fabric they use. Tactical grade nylon. If you got a Interceptor in Cordura it'll probably well made but even china-shit manufactures use Cordura now or will lie and claim they do.

Who makes the vest you bought? Condor? Pantac? TMC? Etc.

It's TMC? They're China-Shit vests but they're decent China-Shit vests. So, assuming the color is right (not sure on TMC) it'll be fine.

how tall/how heavy are you and what size is the vest?

Vest is Medium. They only come in Medium, Large and XL so Medium should fit most people. I'm not terribly tall or large but it fits me alright. Unless you're really ripped or fat you shouldn't need a Large or XL.
