A short film written and produced by Amanda Rogers offers a behind the scenes look at the taping of the stage show "Groucho: A Life in Revue" starring Frank Ferrante as Groucho Marx from age 15 to 85. Written by Groucho's son Arthur Marx and Robert Fisher, the New York show played off-Broadway with Ferrante during the 1986-87 season and ran 254 performances. It then moved to London where it was nominated for three Laurence Olivier Awards. This material was taped in 1999 at the Westport Country Playhouse in Westport, Connecticut as part of a PBS bonus offering when the show broadcast nationally on PBS in 2001.
