  • I think Twitter can work for anyone. It's a free tool, so it doesn't hurt to put yourself out there, even if your potential customer base is small. I would recommend following customers, competitors, and other people that show interest in the types of content related to your products or services. Who knows? You may be able to build awareness or help customers who are already on Twitter.

  • I agree that Tweeter works well for medium and large enterprises. But I don't understand how a small business can effectively use tweeter, especially if their customer based is small. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
