Joshua tree was is their best album...& i recommend, for real U-2 fans, try 3 sunrises off of their 1st ep. I started listening to them in 85 OMG...I'm 42 now and despite the lessons life taught me, the meanings of these songs have never changed for me, not one bit.

saw them in Chicago when touring for Joshua Tree. great show and one of the greatest albums of my lifetime.

This album was released in '87, and I was listening it first time in 2011. Still get's that something. I can tell with pride, that I was here, on August 14th, and I cannot get better gift on my birthday.
