Great foot idea. It's too hot to pot in Noosa right not but I can't wait to try out all the boxes when the studio cools down and the snakes to to sleep. They have a habit of coiling up around the motor in my wheel.....puts one off really!!

A video of Shoji Hamada starts as he is finishing a box similar to this one - I think his lid is different, having some facets.
I really like your take on it, especially the feet!
