This beautiful farm house by Podog Studios was designed for the first time especially for a new creature to the Sims 3 world, Horse cats and dogs! This amazing 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home is perfect for a average sized family with many furry friends. The amenities are a laundry room, breakfast nook, fireplace in the living room, study with built-in bookcases, and a dining room right off the living and kitchen. Also there is a indoor gym, a music room and a balcony off the master suite with a painting easel. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, and landing with a sitting area off the side and a gym that can easily be converted into another bedroom or nursery! @ponyhoofs Well, it has a 64x64 lot right in the middle of Appalossa, this house is recored in the town on that lot, if you look towards the end of the video you will see the entire town and where the house is located
