Booting OpenSolaris Developer Preview from USB stick

Booting Indiana, OpenSolaris Developer Preview from USB stick in my Thinkpad X40. Took two minutes (almost three from HDD) to boot with this method. The installed search and mount any ZFS pool available in the hard disk. Also NWAM is ready to connect to any wireless network available. ZFS, DTrace and nice desktop out of the box. This is amazing for the opensource community!

Hi, i installed OpenSolaris 2009.06 onto my laptop, it let me install without a pass. But when it got to the login screen, it wouldnt let me login. Is there any way i can fix this! (P.S root wont work either!)

@Macintosh3745 hi! try with jack/jack or jack/opensolaris, but you should enter a user and a password during the installation. you cant login with root user (it is disabled by default), opensolaris uses roles in this matter.

Alright well now u need to make on vid on making a bootable Open Solaris USB. Cause damned if I'm having an easy time of it. (Unetbootin, Fedora live usb dont work) Prefer seeing U making it in Fedora or Win7

I've used OpenSolaris before. I really loved it, but I also hope they get the whole repositories issue resolved.
