Yep, add some weight to your lap. Also you can do dips on the dip bars. or close grip feet pushups but keeping your elbows in, instead of flaring out to focus more on the triceps.
for how many hours? Im always doing skull-crusher exercise, but you can do that by using a bar with plates.I just want to have a tricep workout without using bars and weights. I always wanted to try some other tricep exercise. does this exercise really work? thanks.

yes its pretty good. You will come to a point where you will want to put plates on your quad for added resisantce tough.
