  • God bless you Greg and Linda - I do pray that your unswerving commitment will see results; and soon - this has been going on far too long already. Love Nigel

  • Thank you yet again Linda!

There are tests they can do - and yet the NICE guidelines have limited the possibility of us getting them ever further...

Also - I asked my GP if I could be referred back to a neurologist (it's been 12 years since this last happened) and was told that I could only go to the service that provides psycho-social treatments...

Things have got worse not better in the last 12 years.

    Love to you and greg,

    xxx

  • Thanks, Linda.

My current doctor asked me if my illness could just be panic attacks. I was so upset that after all these years, I'm still being asked these kinds of questions. It's disheartening and depressing. I don't know how to make them understand that we are physically ill and not mentally ill. They ignore physical evidence. I had brought in my blood pressure readings, which were in the 80's, super low. They just ignore it.

  • I totally forgot it was ME awareness week - because no one else was 'aware' to remind me to be 'aware'!

Where are the ME charities such as AFME/AYME? Meddling with CBT/GE, that's where. No use at all to ME patients.

You took the trouble to make this video and talk about what we all feel and dream of which is great.

    The ME dream:

    -------------

Equality in research and funding into ME.

    Equality in NHS care.

    Equality in community care.

Equality in recognition of our suffering.
