@kacman11 im glad someone has the same adoration for this film that i do, i cant stop thinking about it, i mean since october 16th ive been thinking about this movie

I worked as an on-set costume liason for WTWTA (In other words I dressed Ira) and I have been reading some of the reviews on YT to see how the film has been received. I'm glad there are many people who "get it". After taking my kids to see it, it sparked off a big conversation about their feelings of powerlessness and their fears of change, all the themes that Max had to face in the story.

i really want to see this movie bad, i expected to be really good just like the book
so if I loved Wall-e ( which was a great movie that was soo much deeper than people think [I really don't have time to talk about the film b/c i have loads of hw to finish])...will I like Where the Wild things are....I also heard that it was boring and really depressing so I ended up not seeing it

@xxMCRxxTatixx I adore this film, so I'm automatically recommending it. But if you enjoyed Wall-E, which did have quite dark overtones, you may very well enjoy WTWTA.

Interesting. I absolutely loved the first twenty minutes of Wall-E. I think there were a lot of great elements and moments in the second act, but it just needed to be condensed.

Sorry if it seemed like I was lashing against your opinion there. I think I just presented mine in an overly forceful manner. I absolutely loved both acts. Things, often strange and maybe having no purpose, just happened, and that is how a child thinks! They don't provide explanations as to why, they just do it! And that is the way I viewed it.
