I would like to share with you this Thought Field Therapy technique that I use everyday to "chill me out" it's really simple yet effective!

  • I do it every morning and it definately gives me a nice boost. If i'm running late for something or a bit edgy, it works well for me.

  • What does this actually do? I have social anxiety and I start panicing and feels like im dieing sorta, my heart is beating extremely fast, I get dissy.

  • It genuinely does relax you...aren't there are more points though on the face and hands? but good video, i thought it looked very bizarre at first and it doesn't look convincing, but it does actually help.
