Alastair Campbell + Simon Hughes on phone hacking (11July11)

Labour's Alastair Campbell and Liberal Democrat Simon Hughes argue points on the phone hacking scandal.

It;'s ironic that Alastair Campbell claims the press were against Labour, when they kept them in power for 13 ruinous years. The fact is simple, in 2010, people had had enough of the crooked Labour government, and kicked them out for something else.

The fact that 99% of the phone hacking allegations are from during the time Labour were in government, and they CHOSE to do nothing about it, speaks more about Labour than the current coalition / Tories.

the politicians will block him, he will take it to a judicial review and he will win and it will come back to campbell for taking out the 'fit and proper' clause in the legislation. the damage that mandelson, blair and campbell have caused to this country will not be repaired in 3 generations.
