They're burial vaults, and they're not owned by the federal gov., they're owned by Vantage Products Corp., who leases the land from a welding company to store the vaults for the 500,000 plus funerals that take place every year in America. A few people he knows that work for FEMA calls them "moviegoers with imagination." Some guy just called me "fucking retarded" because I don't watch conspiracy theory videos on youtube and do not support a candidate that wants to legalize drugs, abolish foreign aide etc. Just what they need, more drugs.
