well, it was decided that as soon as ranma and akane "handle" shampoo and the others, they will hold the wedding, just to clear up everything people are arguing on :)

Guys, they wouldn't have gotten married right away, even if Nabiki hadn't ruined it. Ranma wasn't ready for that kind of commitment at the end of the manga and he would have just resisted, resisted, resisted, until they called it off. I do believe they'll eventually marry... but not for like 5 years. Minimum.

@queenado That was decided by Mr. Tendo. Whether it happens or not is left up to personal oppinion.
They only went through with the wedding at the end of the manga because Soun was bribing him with Jusenkyo Water anyways.
