http://Shop.StrongerTeam.com - As a strength & conditioning coach, I want my players to be able to use both hands equally when ball handling, passing, and finishing at the basket. These basic basketball drills are great for helping players improve the dexterity, strength, and coordination in their weak hand. These type of drills should be done in every workout!
