I was here, we on a weekend trip to San Fran to see this invite only concert. It was awesome! it almost didn't happen because he was real sick so they got the Wallflowers to come just in case. We luckily got to see both. They set the concert up on what was the "yard" for the inmates. Behind the stage was a drop to the ocean. We got jackets, CD's, bags free food and drinks, it was great!
