How to make sushi with Sue Matsumura

This is a video I made in 1994 for my video production class. It features my late grandmother, Sue Matsumura. The vinegar in the video actually is the sushi "su" which I believe is one cup vinegar, one tbsp of salt, and one tbsp of sugar. The overall production process is how she made them. I very much miss her and her sushi. The sushi was fantastic and made with a lot of love and care. CORRECTION: Here's the recipe for the "su" 3/4 c. vinegar to 1 c. sugar and 1 TBSP salt.
