  • Thanks for the comments.

The kids still had a blast and now want those faster cars.

The King track that is there was built by Gary Gerding.

#1 builder and when installed world records were set at the first major held there.

As I understand it there is a lot of action, stop by and say Hi to MImi she is great and will guide you with as much help as you need...

oh, please check out my recent posts of the new "almost finished" track

  • Where at in Maryland is this?? I'm at Fort Meade.

  • The address is...

    16806 Oakmont Ave

    Gaithersburg, MD, 20877

    301-417-9630

a Google search of "the track" (withb quotation marks) will get you the site.

    They also have indoor R/C

Sorry it took so long to respond, I don't check this as often as I should...

  • I used to race these in Australia as a kid,i think they were called group 20,and and there was also group 12 and 15 but no one knows what i am talking about now as i am an old fart.

  • used to own a track identical to that! 15 years ago ran a 5,1 on black with a nascar, that was fast then.

  • kids are having a blast running their cars till some guy has to show off with his gp20 car

  • Do a good amount of people show up for the races out there at The Track? When do they race. I'm in the area and looking to get started.

  • Damn I miss slot racing. We had the "Purple Mile" here in Fayetteville Ga. Awesome track. I still have all my cars too. Int 15- 27 and Open. One of my favorites was the Flexi's and the 1/32

  • omg....how fast is it?

  • in that first turn you dont have to slow down you know the straight away to that steep first turn i go there every weekend to race 1/10th scale cars but some of my friends let me use their slot cars.
