Dr. Maria Baer is the head of the Hematologic Malignancies Program at the University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Cancer Center. Dr. Baer is also a professor of medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine.

I am so glad the study of this illness is making progress in finding new and better ways of fighting this illness.
