Iron Chef - Sea Bass Battle (Morimoto vs Shigematsu)

We'll start the new year with the last challenger to do battle in the Kitchen Stadium as Ryozo Shigematsu goes up against Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto. Along with regular sea bass there's also a very rare giant one. I won't give away who takes it, but this sure is an interesting battle!
Also, like the Bacon battle, if the Food Network feels that I'm infringing their copyright, contact me and I'll take it down.

Thanks for the share. Great show. btw - sea bass is a generic term for more than a dozen species. The fish used here are sea perch (Lateolabrax japonicus) & giant sea bass (Stereolepsis gigas)
