Yes Michael, that is a real outhouse that we use daily-and nightly (lol). We live at the bottom of the Kenai Peninsula, aprox 212 miles south of Anchorage... "Homer- A quaint little drinking village with a fishing problem"... This is our motto that sits on a sign just before you get to town. It is a beautiful burg by the Sea.
