get stuffed this summer on the beach, build muscles, get a dextrose drink and a protein shake after workout. and 2x a meal with fish a day, yes, with the rice or macaroni, for insuline to transport the protein to the muscle to recover, to grow big, and feel great.

@rmcdaniel423 I am not refuting the truth of his information , but many people do not understand the concept of weight loss . I recieved a minor in nutrition over 20 years ago and this kid is informative . Yet the best diet in the world wont stop some people from overeating and not working out . Ever go to the health food store and noticed the many out of shape overweight vegetarians and vegans . No concept of caloric intake and physical activity .

@rmcdaniel423 If you have a caloric DEFICIT you will loose weight . Example , a snickers bar is aproximately 280 cal. , but lets go high and say 300 calories . If you ate one for breakfast lunch and dinner that would be 900 calories for the day . Pretty shitty and unhealthy diet and full of sugar and chemicals . if you weigh 200 lbs and it takes 10 calories to maintain 1 lb off body weight you would need 2000 cal. to maitain your weight . on a 900 cal snickers bar diet you would loose weight .

@moveuself Actually it's very simple if you follow this principle, starch & sugar equals hunger and fat. eat cruciferous vegetables and a piece of sometimes fruit instead. eat protien for breakfast, no carbs. Eat beans and protien and you stay full four hours and hours and hours!
