  • I used fruit puree from Oregon Fruit, apple cider and tossed in some grapes for good measure.

  • Those are actually my 2nd and 3rd batches of wine, if you count the hard pear cider I made prior to that. The rasberry is now bottled, the blueberry is still fermenting.

  • how many pounds of berries did you use?and also sugar and water.I made some blueberry wine about a year ago and if it hadnt been too sweet,I would of loved it.I used the recipe out of the ec krauss catalog.thanks for your help
