Yeah after i posted that comment i saw an interview with Lance Hammer he was citing:
The Dardenne Brothers, Mike Leigh and someone else as influences. I think Cassavettes is always hovering around there. Yeah, being a brit Lol Crawley is someone to look too. I'm happy there's still that sort of talent coming out of the UK. Where are you based? I'm currently in the LA area.
