he is just butt hurt over a BS paternity suit ending in jury trial that found in Everett's favor! I had to pay also a "nuisance" amount when my exs divorce lawyer sued me four his divorce costs! ppl pay because its cheaper to settle a small amount than fight it even when there is now way the other party could win! happens all the time and proves nothing!
