@battle307 So no real difference? XD

@james42519 Not in Super Mario World, dude. You absolutely need to hold Y+B to have the momentum to make it across those gaps.
That's why it's probably necessary for Raocow to explain it; it's a difference between SMW and SMB1, 2j, and 3.

"Somebody blew us up the bomb." Nice Zero Wing reference there.
Also, all your base.
-
You need to hold run and jump?
Huh,never knew that.
Also haha, "Gift Yoshi in the mouth" reference.

0:01 (lol) Yeah, "What The Hell" was WAY too hard. From what I played, the level design is really creative. No offence or anything, the difficulty just really turned me away from it. Which is pretty odd for me because I like hard games. (I even played through I Wanna Be The Guy)
I didn't play more then the first 2 levels because I don't have fun heavily abusing savestates. So, it wasn't really my thing. It's like every move you make you are chancing a near-inevitable death.

Yeah. What the Hell had me saying What the Hell a lot.

I bet the coins are to open that locked door.

Wait, Battle307, you're telling me you think he's normal as he is?

You only need to hold down the jump button when walking to cross the single hole gaps, not both jump and run. :)
If I couldn't hear raocow and I used the captions I would think him to be a total nut case......

In SMB1, only holding run was required. In SMW, however, you must hold run and jump. The reason: Without holding jump, Mario's Y speed decrements 6 per frame, causing him to not quite make it to the next block. While holding it, his Y speed only decrements by 3 per frame, causing Mario to fall slow enough that his foot catches the next block and he is auto-adjusted onto it.
