I thought dis was an online achievement and I didnt remember how many times I had to kill myself so I killed myself 15 times in an online match, lol

You can also cook a grenade til suicide anywhere in the game...takes the same or less time

either that or when holding RB to throw grenade, don't release RB, just hold it while grenade is still in your hand and boom! you are dead.

same just did it 5 mins ago thats why i looked for this.
its cause this achievement before you unlock is amongst all the multiplayer 1s so it seems multiplayer. well thats the case for me anyway. :D

this achievement is also in F.E.A.R 1 but u dont get any G for it

i think there should be more achievements like this, the ones that reward you for doing stupid things. someting like fall 500 meters to your death in GTA4 or walk into your own crossbow trap wires in bioshock.
