I agree. The system is far too corrupt and wrong at times to be able to condemn someone to death. Mistakes could be made. I know it sucks when someone really truly deserves it and we have to pay their living expenses via taxes.
I belief that convicted criminals should all be forced to work normal shifts in order to pay their own living expenses. That way, if you are innocent, your doing what you would normally be doing anways and if you are guilty, then we dont pay for you via taxes.

As a Brit who generally leans towards the left, I have to say that Ron Paul is one of the most inspiring people in modern politics and although I disagree with him on healthcare, I greatly admire his morality and principles. America is privileged to have such a man in the race for the White House.
