There is no law. Today all laws are code (statutes). All laws before they are implemented must be certified by the Supreme Court of each State. They never are because the government is de facto (illegal). If you're involved in a court case you can do an "intervention", a challenge as to the Constitutionality of a law. The (State) Attorney General can be subpoenaed to verify that the law you're charged with violating has been certified. It hasn't. Judge is forced to admit the fraud or dismiss.
