Are the props you've installed the original kit props? It should go quite fast with those but barely moves in your video. Odd.

hi, any chance you could post a reply telling what motors you installed, what size batteries and RC unit. I would want to build a S-Boot in tribute to my uncle who served on one. The Italieri kit is a little pricey for me, the revell 1/72 looks about right.
With my other Kriegsmarine models I could stage my own operation Cerberua.
