you probably shouldn't daul boot to get the most out of your drive, unless that is you have a SSD drive, the system files for one OS or the other are going to be slow. if you install vista on the first part of the drive (recommended) than vistas system files will be on the first part of the disk(the fastest part.) if you install ubuntu/kubuntu to the first part of the drive you will have to install some kind of boot loader to allow you to boot into the vista partition.

Well i had this windows sp3 Abo Al Denua software and it opened and looked just like vista i said this is cool until i started typeing i type one letter i get another so all u need is to format a good windows xp cd and i meen do it from the IBM BIOS thing u know pree F1 when the Ibm logo comes up then after words if u like vista so mutch get one of those non virus vista themes be careful some of them are bad

well i have one solution or you my friend. PLEASE DOWNGRADE TO XP NOW! windows vista is the worst version of microsoft's operating systems in the sad life of the company! Downgrade and you will have less problems and wont have to deal with most of the problems you have now
