Shadrach is a great man. I think there are several parts of his story are notable: that we have to remove the stigma related to HIV/AIDS; even though people may be +, there is still hope, and that support is crucial for those who are +. A great cause is also helping to prevent mother-to-child transmission of HIV (PMTCT)?
