Make sure the ball is inflated fully. I had troubles balancing until I added more air to the ball.
At one point I thought I was going to die. hee hee butI didnt. I'm determined to master this.

Not very many, maybe 25-50, If you're wanting to burn calories you definitely want to be doing cardio workouts like walking/jogging or bike etc.
