@bmiddleton84 to be honest its a yes/no thing what i do is follow the nutrition guide but my family has a habit of usualy going to fast food when we are around town, so its a 50/50 when i do that i dont eat dinner to let the body digest, but what im doing is over time as i call it, say you have a dvd to do a day i do that disk in the morning and in the afternoon

Well we both completed p90x and I currently am doing my own program. I took what I learned from p90x and designed my own thing. This program is to get bigger and stronger. I already got the ripped look from p90x and I want to build on it. I challenger you to do the same. You used bands in your p90x didn't you? I challenge you to workout with weights this time and incorporate exercises such as deadlifts, bench press, and squats. check out my latest vids for my workout routines.
Do Insanity man, its its just as good as P90X while your not working out with weights your still working out crazy, in 3 weeks i have lost 20 pounds right now which i thought was un healty but i asked my doctor but its perfectly fine because the nutrition fact is really working

@Sxrojas We started Insanity last week. We love it! Going to be posting videos soon. Have you been following the nutrition guide as well?

polishmysac, I am hitting the gym for the 2nd day today. I will be reviewing your videos to see how you have modified P90X. Do you still use the DVDs? We don't have a DVD player in the gym so I'm hoping I don't need the DVDs anymore.
Also, how long are your workouts?
MsFaffinette89, does Insanity help build mass?
