This is a very challenging observation to get right.
The camera is in constant motion, the cameraman - videographer is in constant motion, a great series of physical events takes place in this sequence and you will not be able to make this observation at all - unless;
1) you remain focussed on what I ask you to STAY focussed on
AND unless
2) you set aside your fantasy ideas of what DEWs are.
The US ABL program is real, they have spent billions on it since the 1980s. It is a stand off weapons system capable of shooting down missiles in their boost phase.
DEWs did NOT bring down the towers, they did not vaporize anything, all in all they were a MINOR agent in the destruction, but they were used.
This view is of WTC II destruction sequence, from West Street; DEW causes roof fire at 90 West n-w corner.
Thermate / Thermite, high explosives, possibly 4th gen micro-nukes brought the WTC towers down. BUT there is evidence of DEW which has a relatively minor effect during the destruction.
Keep your focus on the north west corner of the building at 90 West street which is in the foreground in silhouette as the camera swings thru the arc to take the exploding - collapsing WTC II in view.
See the incident DEW - EM beam and the light incident at the top of 90 West, between it and WTC II.
And note that it starts a small fire briefly on the north - west corner of the building at 90 West Street.
You are not going to see this unless you focus in on the area I have described. Do not focus on the explosives bringing WTC II down, or the collapse itself.
Get the video, slow it down, focus on that small area in the video, watch repeatedly.
Please keep your focus where I have described, do not allow the camera movement to distract your attention from that spot.
The visible light is due to ionizing radiation coming from the atmosphere and smoke, otherwise the DEW beam would not be seen.
You will see that the intensity of the flare up of the fire directly corresponds to the intensity of the portion of the beam incident upon that corner of the roof.
The effect of the DEW was to cause some minor fires, including to vehicles in the vicinity. Dense metal in cars and fire trucks (engines, or door handles) drew heat more efficiently from the DEW beam and were melted having nothing to do with the building fires and cloud of debris after the collapse.
Please keep this in its proper perspective, it was not the most energetic agent of destruction in this event. DEWs did not bring the towers down. They did not vaporize anything, this is real world not the science fiction version of DEW.

In the Google clip you will see how the jet which hit WTC I was guided in by laser spotting, just as it is done in Iraq, AND at the end of this video you will see how the spotter plane flys around, circling to the east of the WTC area at the end of the clip after the impacting jet has been guided in. Look for the white plane which was following thru that trajectory in its spotter role.
Why use DEWs - why use the air mobile jet ABL platform at all?
1) to throw everything they had at it - to insure the destruction of the buildings
2) to confuse the forensics
3) to use the ABL in a live training exercise with the EB4
4) and likely just to see what the effects might be
This is not "space beams" this is DEW from a real weapons system you are helping to pay for.
BROADLY defined DEWs in the false flag attacks on 9/11/01 involved;
1) laser spotting
2) as a trigger mechanism for the final series of explosions which brought the WTC down (see the first 15 minutes of the "911 Eyewitness" video, the helicopter over flight sequence)
3) and as seen in this video, for some reason to add some heat - radiation at the onset of the collapse, to weaken the inner steel structure, or as an aid (catalyst) to the agent which caused the major destruction of the building.
What are the capabilities of this ABL system? Do some research for yourself, the aerospace articles indicate it has an effective range measured in miles, with a capability to destroy (by heating and significantly weakening) the casing of a rocket body in the boost phase.
Did DEWs alone or primarily cause the inner structure to become molten? No, I do not believe so.

You will see that the agent which caused the inner structure to become molten also simultaneously caused beams weighting many tens of tons to be hurtled as much as 500 feet from the foundation perimeter. DEW could not do that, neither could thermate / thermite, or C-4. or any conventional high explosives. These effects, including molten ejecta, molten pools of metal seen in the basement three weeks after the event, require a class of explosives in the nuclear category.
