The stability ball squat is a versatile exercise. You are leaning against a ball so balance is taken care of which allows you to easily perform shoulder isolation exercises as well others.

Make sure you keep your core drawn in and your torso along with your center of gravity travel straight down towards the floor.

Do not let your butt jut forward and place your weight on your toes.

If your center of gravity shifts forward you increase the risk of knee overuse injury.
