My mother used to sing this song to me as a kid when I was really young. I had asthma and used to get Croup. When I couldn't breathe she'd sing this to calm me down and stop crying. I never thought I would hear that song again, didn't think anyone would know about it. Let alone post it. She sang it different though, slower. Can I ask where you learned it? Is it a popular song where you live? Lol, I'm here in the states.

We learned it in Girl Scouts from one of the aides. I thought it was really pretty and me and my friend couldnt stop singing it in rounds, its just a nice song, and no its not very popular where i live, im pretty sure just my troop and some adults know it here... ; )
