The Dutch way (we have way more bikes at some places) in front of each shop are no more than 30 bikes, a bike is parked facing to or from the shop, so you have 15 bikes to choose from and you're maybe half a meter away from your bike. So you take your bike and go away. (in Holland you sometimes have lots more to choose from, so it's good to know how yours looks)
