Building the Crème Brûlée Cart, Curtis Kimball says, was the best idea he ever had. Six months after he started, it is his main source of income and it has got him a lot of attention, including a story in the New York Times. He never wanted to join a restaurant because he liked to see people enjoy his food. His brother runs the Magic Curry Kart, another popular San Francisco street food vendor.
